At Accounting Hero LLC we’re looking for a hands-on accounting professional to join our team in Prishtina. We are an outsourcing company focused on the US market, partnering with multiple companies in New York City and Boston.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger processes
- Perform monthly and ad‑hoc account reconciliations and maintain detailed supporting schedules
- Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes
- Leverage Sage Intacct to maintain accurate financial data
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of concentrated operational accounting experience covering AR, AP, and GL cycles
- Demonstrated expertise in account reconciliations and schedule maintenance
- Experience with Sage Intacct or other popular cloud based ERP (NetSuite, QuickBooks)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work with EST Time Zone – New York (1pm – 9pm or 3pm – 11pm)
- Certified by SCAAK is preferable
