- Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday, 15.00 – 23.00
- Location: On-Site (Tirana, Albania & Prishtina, Kosovo)
- Hiring Position – Accounting Specialist
TalentBridge is on the lookout for a meticulous and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our finance team as an Accounting Specialist. This presents an exceptional opportunity for those aspiring to embark on a career in accounting and bookkeeping, offering valuable experience within a dynamic and thriving work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Bank Reconciliations
- Maintain AR and AP records
- Support monthly journal entries and month-end invoice close processes
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and Quarterly/Annual reporting
- Updating financial data to ensure the accuracy of the information
- Assist with Internal Controls (Tenant Move-Ins, Credits and Reversal Reporting)
- Conduct utility analysis
- CAM Charges
- Process returned transactions
- Assist with other accounting/ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting; Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an accounting/finance department
- Must have Strong proficiency in MS Excel, also have MS Word and Outlook skills
- Solid understanding of accounting and experience in working with general ledger, journal entries, credits and debits, and P&L
- Familiarity with tax returns and Financial Statements; Hands on experience with accounting software
- Ability to prioritize and manage various projects and able to work under pressure
- Able to take direction, strong attention to detail, and accuracy
- Excellent communication skill, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
