Job Description:

Summary of Position:

As an Accounts assistant/executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivables and payable processes within the organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, collection of payments, arranging payments and resolution of outstanding issues.

You will provide support to the accounting department by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents and records, such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in financial records and follow up with vendors or clients as needed.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis for management review.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, data entry, and answering phones.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., Navision, Sales Force).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 12:00 – 20:30 or 15:00 – 23:30

Salary: 850 EUR net probation period (1050 EUR net after probation).
