We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Content Manager. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences while overseeing the creation and management of engaging content across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to develop and execute content strategies that resonate with our audience.

  • Servicing clients in Switzerland and other European countries via Chat and Email support, mainly around operational eCommerce questions
  • Maintaining the content for each eCommerce product (wines) and providing support for each product 
  • Manage the customer service support, ensuring timely and effective responses to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Create compelling and informative content for various platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.
  • Ensuring a distinctive language with high recognition value and clear language guidelines
