Job Summary:

100% from home: We’re hiring Dutch Customer Support Agents to provide initial assistance for a top tech company. While prior experience is helpful, it’s not a must. Join us and gain valuable professional exposure while working entirely from home.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Dutch customer support, resolve issues, and update customers.
  • Conduct accurate outbound calls, assist with issue resolution, and maintain records.
  • Troubleshoot technical printer problems, keep customers informed, and meet performance goals.
  • Achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and possess a solid command of English.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities.
  • A genuine interest and enthusiasm for the field of IT or computers.
  • Team player
