North Finance is seeking a proactive and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and help us grow with a strong focus on people, culture, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives

Oversee the recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding and retention

Guide and support team leaders in performance management and employee development
-
Ensure compliance with Kosovo labor laws and internal policies
-
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
-
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with leadership experience preferred
-
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Kosovo

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
-
Fluency in Albanian and English (written and spoken)

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
