HubSpot Administrator – INTERN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue necessary practice and certifications on the HubSpot Platform to deepen understanding and expertise.
  • Consistently learn about the company, its marketing, and sales strategies, and study the implementation of the HubSpot platform to meet business needs.
  • Assist in the configuration, management, and optimization of our HubSpot CRM to bolster sales and marketing activities.
  • Participate in the user creation process and manage user-related tasks effectively.
  • Work alongside team members to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other tools and platforms.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of system administration best practices and strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Keep abreast of new HubSpot features and industry trends to recommend timely updates and improvements.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution with fresh insights and ideas.
  • Write about HubSpot user policies, processes, and manuals based on directives from Customer/Commercial Director 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field (including those in the final year of their studies).
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and make a positive contribution to the team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CRM Experience: Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools (not required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience or involvement in relevant projects (not required).

HubSpot CRM System Administrator

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM System Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing business systems, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in system administration and a minimum of 1 year specializing in HubSpot CRM. This role requires a deep understanding of lead management, automated workflows, dashboard creation, user training, and data management to enhance our marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine lead management processes, ensuring effective capture, nurturing, and conversion of leads into opportunities using HubSpot’s capabilities.
  • Design and implement automated workflows for improved efficiency in lead and deal management, including lead nurturing, drip campaigns, trigger emails, and more.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that reflect marketing and sales success metrics, analyze data for optimization insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users on HubSpot navigation and functionalities, offer regular updates on system changes, and serve as the primary contact for user support and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize third-party data sources to enrich HubSpot data, create targeted client segments for personalized marketing efforts, and ensure data integrity through ongoing clean-up projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and manage the HubSpot data model, including creating and maintaining custom properties, ensuring data structure alignment with marketing and sales processes, and optimizing for reporting and segmentation purposes.
  • Skilled in defining, creating, and updating property fields within HubSpot to ensure data collection aligns with evolving business needs, enabling more targeted marketing and sales efforts.
  • Strong focus on maintaining data integrity across the HubSpot platform, with experience in implementing data clean-up strategies, deduplication efforts, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data for reliable analysis and decision-making.
  • Write about HubSpot user policies, processes, and manuals based on directives of manager/supervisor
  • This role reports directly to Customer/Commercial Director

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with integrating third-party data sources into HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to lead projects independently.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Education, Work Experience, and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field (or related industry certifications) 
  • 3 years proven expertise in implementing IT/business systems
  • 1-year experience in analyzing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining HubSpot CRM
  • HubSpot certification(s) preferred.
