Key Account Manager in Kosovo

  • You will be responsible continuous growth of profitability of dedicated customers and growth of contribution of different categories from our portfolio
  • You will be responsible for implementation of KA strategy by managing assigned customers and ensuring high level of collaboration, negotiation, and customer & category development through available processes & tools as well as cross-functional collaboration
  • You will lead implementation oftrade activation plan
  • You will be responsible for the structured analysis and interpretation of the basic financial statements regarding Key Account customers
  • You will explore and collect best practices, fresh ideas for new ways of working and brings innovation into work and execution.
  • You have University or College degree
  • You have more than 2 years’ experience in Sales roles or FMCG industry
  • You are an advanced problem solver with customer focus and have excellent negotiation knowledge
  • You are a fluent English speaker with capable writing skills
  • You are skilled in leadership organisation
  • You are an entrepreneurial and independent spirit, not afraid of new challenges
  • You are an out of the box thinker
  • You have driving licence (B category)
