Job Title: Logistics Officer

Job Overview: As a Logistics Officer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, office orders, and supply chain processes. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective flow of goods and meet customer delivery expectations.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
  • Ensure effective and timely handling of inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.
  • Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.
  • Comply with laws, regulations, and requirements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Officer, Warehouse Manager, or similar role.
  • Ability to work with logistics software to optimize processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work from 14:00 to 22:00 from our office in Pristina, Kosovo.
