This notice of invitation is launched by and according to the procedures of LuxDev, Luxembourg Agency for Development and Cooperation, on behalf of Project KSV/021 receiving financial support from the government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

- Eligibility: Economic operators satisfying the criteria included in the statement of good standing and in the ethics clauses of the general regulations.
- Evaluation: The most economically advantageous tender will be granted the contract.
- Variants: No variants will be considered.

11. COMPLEMENTARY OR ADDITIONAL SERVICES
This contract does not cover any supplementary or additional works. In the event where supplementary or additional works would be required (initially not included), its value will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the initial value of the contract. When several successive amendments are made, this limit applies to the value of each amendment.
