About the Role
Our New York personal injury defense firm is hiring a dedicated paralegal for our office in Pristina. You will collaborate with attorneys who defend insurance companies in bodily injury cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and organize new case files for attorney review
- Perform legal research and present findings in clear English
- Draft defenses, correspondence, and court documents for personal injury matters
- Compile defense packages, including medical records and discovery responses
- Track calendars, deadlines, and case milestones from intake through resolution
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and insurance adjusters
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong legal drafting skills and keen attention to detail
- Solid research ability using online resources and court databases
- Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and case management software
- Self motivated, disciplined, and results oriented work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; experience in personal injury or insurance defense is preferred
Schedule and Location
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (Kosovo local time)
- Work performed on site at Icon Tower, 5th floor, Pristina
