TEB tani po kërkon kandidatë të kualifikuar për pozitën: Praktikant për Sistemet Windows në Zyrën Qendrore në Prishtinë.
Përgjegjësitë:
- Përcjellja e zhvillimeve të reja, inovacioneve lidhur me sektorin bankar dhe teknologjinë, vlerësimi i përfitimeve prej tyre dhe ndarja me titullin e mësipërm.
- Kryerja e kërkimeve për kompanitë për marrje të shërbimit dhe zgjidhjet të tyre.
- Përcjellja e zhvillimeve ekzistuese dhe zhvillimeve ndërkombëtare.
- Përgatitja e raporteve të vazhdueshme të projektit të cilat kërkohen.
- Të gjitha detyrat, kërkesat, incidentet dhe ndryshimet duhet të lëshohen dhe menaxhohen përmes SDP-së (‘Service Desk Plus’).
- Përgatitja e raporteve periodike në çështjet përkatëse dhe dorëzimi i tyre tek Mbikëqyrësi.
- Përcaktimi i serverëve dhe softuer-it për përdoruesit
- Sigurimi i zbatimit të efektshëm dhe përdorimi i pajisjeve të TI -së
- Zbatimi i aplikacioneve të linjës dhe anulimi i modifikimeve të degëve si hapja, zhvendosja dhe mbyllja e degës dhe, testimi i linjës së të dhënave
- Mirëmbajtja e përditësimeve të softuerit duke u lidhur drejtpërdrejtë me klientin dhe softuerin
- Dhënia e mbështetjes direkte nga distanca ose me telefon
- Instalimi dhe çinstalimi i sigurtë i sistemeve të serverëve
- Përgjigja ndaj kërkesave të tiketave të stafit në Zyrën Qendrore ose në çdo zyrë të degës
- Përditësimi i ndryshimeve të aseteve përmes asset manager SDP.
- Përditësimi, menaxhimi dhe raportimi i rregullt lidhur me softuerin e antivirus-it si nga ana e serverit ashtu edhe nga ana e klientit
- Monitorimi i të gjithë serverëve të cilët janë nën përgjegjësinë e njësisë Windows, raportimi i problemeve tek personat përkatës, përcjellja e procesit në rast nevoje
- Punë të tjera përkatëse të caktuara nga mbikëqyrësi
Kualifikimet e kërkuara:
- Studentët e vitit të fundit të shkollimit universitar (BA )
- Shkathtësi të shkëlqyeshme komunikuese
- Njohuritë e kërkuara në MS Office, trajnimet e Microsoft ex. MCSA ose MCSE janë një avantazh
- Efikas në punë ekipore
- Aftësi të shkëlqyera të gjuhës angleze

TEB Sh.A. is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Windows Systems Intern to be recruited in Head Office/Prishtinë.
Main responsibilities:
- Following new developments, innovations related with banking sector and technology, and evaluating benefits of them and sharing with upper title.
- Making research about companies to get service and their solutions.
- Following existing developments and also international developments.
- Preparing ongoing project reports which are demanded.
- All tasks, requests, incident and changes should be issued and managed over SDP.
- In related subjects, preparing periodical reports and submitting to Supervisor.
- Setting up servers and software for users
- Providing efficient implementations and IT equipment usage
- Implementing line applications and cancellations on branch modifications like branch opening, relocation and closing, and testing the data line
- Maintaining Software updates by connecting direct to client and software
- Giving direct support remotely or by phone
- Safely installation and uninstallation of server systems
- Responding on ticket requests of the staff on Head Office or any branch office
- Updating asset changes in SDP Asset manager
- Updating, managing and reporting regularly the antivirus software of both server and client side
- Monitoring all servers which are under Windows unit responsibility, reporting problems to related persons, following up in case of necessity
- And other related jobs assigned by supervisor
Qualifications required:
- Last year students for Bachelor’s degree.
- Perfect communication skills
- Required knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft trainings ex.MCSA or MCSE is an advantage
- Excellent Team Member
- Excellent knowledge of English language
