Work Schedule: 15:00 to 23:00 Kosovo time

Job Overview: Royal York Property Management is seeking a highly organized and skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, within scope, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication channels throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, facilitate project closure, and conduct thorough evaluations to drive continuous improvement.


  • Project Planning: Utilize Zoho Projects to develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Resource Management: Identify project resource requirements within Zoho Projects, efficiently allocate resources, and ensure optimal utilization of personnel and assets.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures using Zoho Projects’ financial tracking features to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks within Zoho Projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication between project stakeholders through Zoho Projects, ensuring alignment on goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation within Zoho Projects, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes. Generate comprehensive reports to provide insights into project performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and company policies, addressing any compliance issues proactively through Zoho Projects.
  • Timely Completion Oversight: Use Zoho Projects to monitor project timelines and milestones closely. Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule by identifying potential delays early and implementing corrective actions promptly.
  • Interdepartmental Cooperation: Collaborate with every department in the company through Zoho Projects to ensure seamless integration of efforts and resources. Facilitate interdepartmental communication and cooperation to achieve project goals effectively.
  • Closure and Evaluation: Lead the project closure process using Zoho Projects and the ERP system, including documenting lessons learned and best practices. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and enhance future project execution.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
  • Fluency in English at level C1 or C2 is a prerequisite.
  • Ability to work from 15:00 to 23:00 from our office in Pristina, Kosovo.
