About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable QA Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in manual software testing. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our native Salesforce application, writing and executing robust test cases, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, write, and execute detailed and robust test cases based on product requirements
- Perform manual testing across web and Salesforce platforms
- Validate software functionality, usability, and performance during releases
- Independently own and drive QA efforts for assigned features and releases
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality
- Document test results and log defects with clear reproduction steps
- Participate in regression, smoke, and exploratory testing cycles
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and dynamic environments
- Learn and assist in test automation when needed (Salesforce automation tools preferred)
- Ensure high-quality standards and contribute to QA process improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience testing Salesforce-based applications or Salesforce certifications
- Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
- Strong communication and self-management skills
