We are looking for a
QA Engineer
who will shape the future of digital lending with us.
i2 group is a Swiss fintech startup redefining digital lending for institutional investors and loan originators. Being an aggregator with a disruptive business model, we have established software solutions which facilitate digital lending investments in over 30 countries.
We are looking for an ambitious and highly reliable QA Engineer for our Prishtina based team. You will have the unique opportunity to build and own our entire QA strategy from day one. You’ll work within an agile (Scrum) team alongside developers, the scrum master, team lead, and product manager to implement robust testing procedures.
What will you be doing?
- Establish and lead our QA processes and testing frameworks
- Conduct thorough manual and exploratory testing, documenting test cases and results
- Implement automated testing strategies and manage defect tracking
- Support developers by writing clear stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure quality and consistency across multiple web-based software products
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve testing efficiency
- Educate and guide the team on QA best practices
What you offer
- Proven experience in software QA, with a strong focus on automated testing and its tools
- Familiarity with e2e, performance, security and integration testing of web applications
- Ability to write automated tests and implement test plans and test cases
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools and workflows
- Familiarity with SQL and ability to perform data manipulation for testing purposes
- Basic knowledge in scripting languages, Restful APIs and VCS (git)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Detail-oriented with strong work ethics and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced setting
- BSc or MSc in a related technical field is a plus
