Improving the Educational Experience of Schoolchildren through the Provision of Didactic and Sports Equipment in Suhareka/Suva Reka
Democracy International, implementer of the USAID Social Contract Activity, intends to award a fixed priced purchase order to provide and deliver the necessary modern didactic, music equipment including but not limited to keyboards, guitars, violon, clarinet etc., for Shkendija Primary School’s cultural corner, as well as procure and deliver sports equipment including but not limited to volleyballs, net systems, protective gear, and training equipment for the Gjinoc Volleyball Girls Club to enhance their training and performance in the Municipality of Suhareka/Suva Reka. This initiative aims to address the educational and sports equipment deficiencies within Shkendija public school and Gjinoc Volleyball Girls Club, as part of the Social Contract Agenda process in Suhareka/Suva Reka Municipality for the USAID Social Contract Activity.
Eligibility: The tendering process is open to all legally registered local firms who want to participate. All legally registered local firms must be able to document their eligibility to participate according to the requirements of the request for quotations (RFQ).

Questions and Clarifications: Offerors must submit all questions and requests for clarifications regarding this RFQ in writing via email to [email protected]. All correspondence regarding this solicitation must reference the RFQ number in the subject line. No phone calls or in-person inquiries will be entertained.
Offer Deadline: Quotations must be submitted in electronic format to [email protected], no later than 4p.m. Kosovo local time on December 19, 2023. Late offers will be rejected except under extraordinary circumstances at DI’s discretion.
