AlbiSoft GmbH, a leading software development company since 2002, is looking for a UI/UX Designer with mandatory German language skills and proven experience in digital design to strengthen our online presence and improve user experience across our products.
Your Responsibilities
These will be your tasks as part of our team:
- Conceptualize and design websites and web applications focusing on usability, clear structure, and modern aesthetics
- Design visual elements such as photos, icons, illustrations, simple animations, and videos for various platforms
- Test designs and website functionality to ensure alignment with initial concepts and final goals
- Work closely with developers and management to ensure correct and efficient implementation of designs
- Participate in creating and maintaining design systems and preserving a consistent visual identity
- Apply modern UI/UX methods and practices such as design thinking, user-centered design, and responsive design
- Ensure design compliance with accessibility standards and cross-platform compatibility
- Document design decisions and prepare reference materials for the development team
Your profile
What you bring with you
- Degree in Integrated Design, Computer Science and Engineering, or related fields
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other design platforms
- Skills in creating visual elements and multimedia content
- Experience with usability testing and user experience optimization
- English proficiency is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with management
