Weekend Content Writer & Community Moderator

Compensation: €600 NET for first 3 months (probation period) then automatic raise to €800 NET
Schedule: Friday 19:00 until 03:00 / Saturday-Sunday from 14:00 until 02:00 (12 hour shifts)
Broad LLC is hiring sharp, internet-native writers to help create and manage written content for online communities, with a strong focus on Reddit and similar discussion platforms.
This role is almost entirely writing-based. You will be posting, responding, monitoring discussions, and helping shape online conversations in a natural, human, and platform-appropriate way. Because our clients are primarily US-based, excellent written English is absolutely essential for this position.

What You’ll Do
- Create and publish written content for Reddit and other online communities
- Participate in discussions in a natural, professional, and human-sounding way
- Monitor online conversations, comments, and community mentions
- Identify positive, neutral, and negative sentiment in discussions
- Help guide conversations based on internal instructions and client goals
- Escalate sensitive or high-risk discussions to internal leads
- Keep short notes and summaries of activity during your shift
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written English is non-negotiable.
This role requires strong grammar, natural phrasing, and the ability to write in a way that sounds clear, fluent, and human.
You should also have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good judgment when participating in online discussions
- Ability to follow written instructions carefully
- Comfort working independently during your shift
- Interest in internet culture, online communities, and social platforms
Big Advantage
Experience with Reddit is a major plus.
You do not need to be a professional Reddit expert, but candidates who understand how Reddit works will have a strong advantage.
Compensation
- €600 NET for the first 3 months then €800 NET afterwards
